A Zen Edible Garden
A large garden makeover in the Oakland Hills. A neglected yard that was overgrown with weeds turned into usable functioning space for the homeowners to enjoy. The first terrace was a circular gravel area with plants in the forefront of a cable-rail fence. A small raised bed for herbs and veggies. The bottom terrace is a more secluded resting Zen garden with a peaceful fountain and a bench to relax. Further down the property are two large raised beds for vegetable gardening, and a mini orchard with varying fruit trees. What a great project!
